The Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) defines OBM as the practice of using behavioral principles to assess and transform the workplace environment, thereby boosting employee performance and workplace culture. Our founder and CEO brings a wealth of experience, having served as a corporate attorney for more than 20 years prior to entering the field of behavior analysis.
